The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, under Section 4 of the KPEF Act III of 1992, as amended from time to time, constituted the Board of Directors, empowered to make decisions on all affairs of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation concerning administration and management.
