Eligibility Criteria

1. Student must have scored at least 70% marks in the last attended examination or 3.00 CGPA. In case of Arts Specialized University, selection will be on the basis of Merit Aptitude Test where selection is on the basis of skills.
2. Student must be of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Domicile.
3. Student must secure admission in the approved list of Educational Institutions (available on KP-EF Official Website/HED Website/DASTAK) within Pakistan and must be enrolled in the first year of a degree program, i.e., BS & MS.
4. Parents/Guardian income should not exceed Rs. 160,000/- per month.
5. Scholarship will be awarded to freshly enrolled students, i.e., first-year students studying in BS & MS programs, in the fields of Emerging Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Management Sciences, General Sciences, Allied Health Sciences and Arts Groups.
6. A student, if availing any other scholarship, will not be entitled to this Scholarship Program.
7. Students must be registered and apply through the KP-EF Official Website www.ef.kp.gov.pk and Online Scholarship Portal before 31st December, 2026.
8. Scholarship will be processed through the Online Digital Portal; no direct applications to KP-EF or University will be entertained.
9. There will be interviews at University Campus by Scholarship Disbursement Official Committees for final recommendations.
10. Scholarships will be awarded equally among male and female students. In case of no applications in either case, scholarships will be distributed among next to merit, either male or female.
11. Renewal of Scholarships will be purely on the basis of performance, ensuring 3.00 CGPA; otherwise KP-EF will discontinue the scholarship.
12. The Foundation has reserved the right to amend, change/extend the date or reject the scheme.
